Shipping policy
We currently offer one standard shipping option for all orders.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 9–15 business days. These timeframes are estimates and begin after the order has been processed.
Shipping timeframes are not guaranteed, and delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or high shipping volume.
An order is not considered late until the maximum estimated delivery window has passed. We are unable to offer refunds, replacements, or chargeback approvals for orders that are still within the stated delivery timeframe.
Tracking information is provided once the order has shipped and will update as the package moves through the carrier’s network.
